​My clinical experience with children, adolescents and adults begins in1999 in London (public and private schools in north, central and south-east London) and continues to this day in Athens, Corfu and throughout Greece and abroad via online counselling and pyshotherapy. I have many years of experience at the Fulham Football Club Academy in London. I also work with the Sfakianakis Football-Athletic Club Academy in Corfu and the Football School of Olympiakos. As a Psychologist (licensed to practice) and specialized in Cognitive-Behavioral and Systemic Psychotherapy I work with difficulties in interpersonal and family relationships as well as with issues of stress management, depression, low self-esteem and confidence, sleep disorders, phobias, psychotic disorders, bipolar disorder, psychosomatic disorders, technology addiction, eating disorders, grief. Based on my training in Prenatal and Perinatal Counselling Psychology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and as a certified Prenatal Education Trainer by the Hellenic Association for Prenatal Education, I specialize in pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding and parenting issues. I am also a certified NLP, Timeline Therapy and Hypnosis practitioner by the American Board of NLP. In addition, I have 7 years of experience in the HR department of DiKappa Socks Fashion and I am certified in Sales Management and Sales Network Development by the EEDE.

Through my clinical experience and my love for natural healing methods, my journey led me on the path of:

• the energy healing methods with Reiki (Reiki Master), Pranic Healing / Pranic Psychotherapy, Theta Healing, Herbal Therapy as well as Bach Flower Remedies.

I am also a Mindfulness and Meditation teacher. Completely natural approaches, without side effects, that offer healing through the prism of love and respect for each life, for each soul separately and uniquely.
